On 16 November 2018, the Enterprise and Trade Division of DTI-ARMM in partnership with PBSP converged the selected weavers from mainland provinces of ARMM who participated at the recently conducted Sikat Pinoy on October 25-28, 2018 at Manila composed of 3 from Maguindanao & 2 from Lanao Del Sur for an ASSESSMENT SESSION on MSME SUPPORT at Cotabato City which aims to assess the participation of weavers during the Sikat Pinoy and give lecture on Costing & Pricing and Basic Accounting.


Mr. Chris Gomez, an accredited designer shared his insight on the significance of product display position. He said, "in positioning the products, the seller must consider the perspective of buyers on the products to easily entice them".

He also stressed that they (weavers) must know their products very well more than the clients do.

The essence of keeping track of inventory of products was likewise emphasized.

Present also in the convergence were Ms. Mary Jay Infiesto, head of PBSP, and DTI ARMM Regional and Maguindanao Personnel.
